Randy Goggans
CEO
Randy grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, and attended Auburn University majoring in Entrepreneurship. He partnered with local fintech veterans to start three successful financial technology companies, including Trinovus, NXTsoft, and ThreatAdvice, and has focused his career on community banks and credit unions. Outside of work, Randy enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, and tennis.
Sam Mazariegos
CTO
Sam grew up in Enterprise, AL, where he took engineering courses and earned certifications in AutoCAD and FANUC Robotics. His love for tech and problem-solving led him to develop a proprietary mobile app for a payment processing company in college, sparking his passion for application development.
William Stabler
President
William grew up in Montgomery, Alabama, and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama in 2016, later earning a Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary. His background developing relationships between people and organizations makes him a natural fit for the relational world of community banking.
Philip Flach
VP of Customer Success
Philip, originally from Homewood, Alabama, spent five years in commercial insurance at McGriff, Seibels & Williams before transitioning to restaurant management. He is married to Shelby and they have two children, Scottie and Teddy.
Kristin Harville
Compliance Officer
Kristin has over 20 years of compliance experience, including as an FDIC examiner. She holds certifications including CRCM, CAFP, CFCI, and CBAP, along with a Banking Certificate from Barret School of Banking.
Brian Toone
VP of Software Development
A Hoover, Alabama native, Brian earned his B.S. in Computer Engineering from Clemson and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California. He is also a competitive cyclist and USA Cycling member since 1993.
Maddie Sorrell
Marketing Director
A Homewood, Alabama native, Maddie holds a Communications degree from Auburn University. Her career spans agency PR in hospitality and fashion, healthcare communications at UAB School of Medicine, and corporate communications at EBSCO Industries.
