Goggans, CEO

Randy grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, and attended Briarwood Christian School. After graduating high school, Randy attended Auburn University majoring in Entrepreneurship. With a passion for entrepreneurship, Randy partnered with local fintech veterans to start three successful financial technology software companies including Trinovus, NXTsoft, and ThreatAdvice. Randy has focused his entire career on the financial sector, primarily community banks. Outside of work, Randy has a passion for the outdoors and enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, and tennis.

Brian
Toone, CTO
Hoover, Ala. native Brian Toone received his B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from Clemson University and his M.S. and Ph.D degrees in Computer Science from the University of California. He has worked as a Software Consultant, a Software Developer for Mercy Ships International, and as an Instructor/Teaching Assistant while completing his doctorate.
Toone is a competitive cyclist, and writes a blog about his passion for the sport. He has been a member of USA Cycling since 1993, and placed in recent state and national championships.

Mazariegos, COO

Samuel grew up in Enterprise, AL, where he took engineering courses and earned certifications in AutoCAD and FANUC Robotics. His love for tech and problem-solving led him to develop a proprietary mobile app for a payment processing company while in college, sparking his passion for mobile app development. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with friends and family, watching sports, and working out.

Stabler, VP of Sales
William grew up in Montgomery, Alabama, and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama in 2016. William has also worked over the years to obtain a seminary degree from Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, Mississippi, accomplishing his Master of Divinity degree in 2023. Since undergrad and during his seminary studies, he has worked in a variety of different roles that focus on developing relationships between people and organizations. Given these experiences, William is excited to work in the highly relational world of community banks. Outside of work, William enjoys watching sports, reading on subjects like history and technology, and hanging out with his family.

Kristen has over 20 years experience in compliance. She has also been an FDIC examiner with many certifications including JM, CRCM, CAFP, CFCI, CRVPM.

Flach, Senior Sales Executive
Philip Flach is a skilled sales professional at BankerBounty. Originally from Homewood, Alabama, he has cultivated a diverse career that includes significant experience in both commercial insurance and the restaurant industry. Philip spent five years at McGriff, Seibels & Williams, where he honed his expertise in commercial insurance. He then transitioned to the restaurant business, managing Hamburger Heaven for three years, where he demonstrated his leadership and customer service skills. Philip is married to Shelby Flach, and together they are proud parents of their two-year-old daughter, Scottie. Balancing his professional endeavors with family life, Philip continues to excel in his career while nurturing his commitment to his family and community.

Rainer, VP of Customer Success

William grew up in Fairhope, Alabama, where he attended Bayshore Christian School. Seeking to follow the path of some business minded role models, he moved to Birmingham to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. During his time at UAB William has competed in various pitch competitions across the country, written for a nationally read publication and has dabbled in several startups. In his free time, William enjoys sports like Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and tennis.

Barker, VP Partnerships
Jason grew up in Birmingham, Alabama and attended Hoover High School then Auburn University. Jason has a passion for music and was a songwriter in Nashville for many years.
