What is BankerBounty?

BankerBounty is the first employee-driven referral program designed exclusively for banks. 

It is a software based program that includes an App and Web-App for all bank employees, along with a desktop Dashboard for key decision-makers at the bank.

How does BankerBounty work?

BankerBounty empowers back office staff to easily send high quality leads to the front office producers in real time.

Here’s the simple formula that has earned over $300,000,000 in new accounts for our members in less than one year:

1.After your bank signs with BankerBounty, sign in to the app in the App Store, the Google Play Store or on the Web-App at app.mybankerbounty.com.

2.Talk with friends, family and acquaintances, type in their basic contact information to the app and submit the lead!

3.Referrals are sent to the right internal team where they (the Producers) will accept the lead, contact them and open the account.

4.For leads that have been won, the lead generator will be rewarded with real money. For a referral that does not open an account and is lost, the information will be stored and reportable.
